Exhibit and sell your art and crafts in our Showcase Window. Whether you’re a professional or not, there’s no age limit to be an artist or crafter.
The window is available to rent for one or two weeks at £40 per week, and we take a 10% commission on any sales. The Gallery set up the display at 10.30am on the Saturday of the reserved date, so all items need to be there before this time. Collections can be made at the end of the showcase after 10am. The usable display size is approximately 2.5m wide x 2.5m high, with a movable back wall, size 1.2m wide x 1.2m high. We have some hooks and easels available on request, but artists will need to prepare any props, prices, inventory lists and items they may need to support the exhibit. The window is in a prominent position on Westhall Road and can be viewed by the public 24/7.
All items must be previewed by The Gallery prior to the start date. We reserve the right to refuse work that we consider inappropriate for our shop window or is not in a presentable and saleable condition i.e damaged or dirty frames and mounts. Please consider pricing items in keeping with the condition of them. Renting the showcase window means you agree to our terms and conditions. The Gallery Warlingham has insurance for items under our business policy, however we suggest artists provide their own.
Please contact The Gallery for information on availability and to reserve dates. Payment is taken on the morning of the start of the Showcase period and we will transfer the money from any sales after the showcase.
