Showcasing at The Gallery Warlingham
Exhibit and sell your art and crafts in our dedicated Showcase areas.
We welcome all artists and crafters, you do not need to be professional just passionate!

Areas for hire and pricing
Booking
Please contact The Gallery to discuss which space is best suited for your items and availability. We will only accept a booking if you have enough items to fill the space. We suggest you visit us to view the space before booking. All items will need to be previewed by The Gallery before your showcase starts, this can be in person or photos can be sent via email or WhatsApp. The Gallery Warlingham has insurance for items under our business policy, however we suggest artists provide their own.
Your Showcase
Showcases run Saturday to Saturday. Please bring your items to us the day before or at 10am on the morning of your showcase, and collect your items 2 or 4 weeks later. Our team will display everything for you. Payment will be required when you drop off your items. After your Showcase, any sales made will be paid to you in the days following. We take a 25% commission on any sales. The Gallery will likely post photos of showcase artwork on our social media to promote it. Promoting your showcase before it starts will help attract more attention and hopefully more sales.
Presentation
All items must be in a suitable condition for sale.
We will not accept the following;
- Damaged frames / glass / mounts
- Dirty frames / glass / mounts
- Unfinished / untidy painted edges on canvases
- Art without suitable hanging fixings
- Artwork not fitted into it’s frame / mount properly
- Crafts with sharp or broken parts
- Crafts that are not freestanding
Things to check before your Showcase
Prices Please have written or printed prices for each item, black text on small white card is best. Prices should be appropriate for your artwork / crafts.
Inventory
Please give us a simple inventory list of all your items and their prices.
Profile
If you would like to include some information about yourself and your art, please print at A5 size. Business cards are useful but not necessary.
Transport and packaging It is important that you package your art / crafts well so they reach us safely. Please supply any packaging for purchases.
Display Please check again that your art / crafts are in a suitable condition for sale, and if you require any small easels or props for display. Artwork must have suitable fixings, ready to hang. All Items for sale must be produced by the Artist/Crafter showcasing.
