Showcasing at The Gallery Warlingham

Exhibit and sell your art and crafts in our dedicated Showcase areas.

We welcome all artists and crafters, you do not need to be professional just passionate!

  • £80 for 2 weeks
    Display area 2.4m wide x 2m high x 50cm deep

  • £60 for 4 weeks
    Display area 1m wide x 1.6m high, 5 glass shelves 36cm deep, space between shelves 28cm high

  • £60 for 4 weeks
    Display area 1.8m wide x 1.9m high

    Main wall & small wall £100 for 4 weeks Display area 2.9m wide x 1.6m high

  • £40 for 4 weeks, two walls available to hire
    Display area 1.1m wide x 1.6m high

Areas for hire and pricing

Your Showcase

All items will need to be previewed by The Gallery before your showcase starts. Showcases run Saturday to Saturday. Please bring your items to us the day before or at 10am on the morning of your showcase. Our team will display everything for you. Payment will be required when you drop off your items. After your Showcase, any sales made will be paid to you in the days following. We take a 25% commission on any sales. The Gallery will likely post photos of showcase artwork on our social media to promote it. We encourage artists to promote their showcase before it starts, to help attract more attention and hopefully more sales.

Booking & Contact

Please contact The Gallery to discuss which space is best suited for your items and availability. We will only accept a booking if you have enough items to fill the space. We suggest you visit us to view the space before booking. Let us know if you have any other questions regarding Showcasing.
