We have a small collection of seasonal giftware and photo frames available to purchase, along with gift vouchers.

Purchases
If you are unhappy with a purchase from the gallery, please notify us within 7 days and we would offer you a credit note upon receipt. The product must be returned in the same condition as when you purchased it, within 20 days. If the item you purchased is faulty or damaged we would offer you a replacement where possible, refund or credit note upon receipt.
Framing Service
A deposit or full payment is required to go ahead with the framing process. A payment means you agree to our terms and conditions. Our framing service is non-refundable, however we want you to be happy with your finished product. If there is a fault with your frame upon collection, please let us know and we will resolve it. Any faults with the customers item within the frame, that have not been checked at the time of the consultation, will be investigated and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If there is a fault with your framed item after collection, please notify us as soon as possible so we can provide suitable options to resolve the issue. Any issues that occur after 7 days, will be considered but charges may apply. Customers will need to return items to The Gallery in order to be reviewed or fixed.
Our lead times are up to 6 weeks, customer’s will be informed and updated with information regarding lead times longer than 6 weeks.
Framing items not collected from The Gallery after six months will be considered unwanted and either sold or recycled. We will make several attempts to contact and return the items within the six months.
The Gallery are not able to make any paper items flat (please see detailed paper information on our framing page).
